Female Leadership: Leveraging the benefits of hybrid working

Research paper for Roffey Park Institute exploring the priorities, experiences and impact of hybrid working for women leaders.

    Louisa did a wonderful job of creatively capturing insights from our IWD panel discussions and then uncovering the evidence on trends impacting people and organisations, and translating this for Roffey Park Institute’s 2022 whitepaper, Female Leadership in the Workplace. She was a delight to work with, timely and responsive, and demonstrated an excellent understanding of the key issues for the research-led narrative and event discussions.
